1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between LKWin ("Platform", "us") and you as a user or registered member of the lkwin platform. These Terms apply to all access and use of lkwin.bio, the lkwin mobile app, and all services offered under the lkwin brand.

By clicking "Register", logging in to your account, or using any part of the lkwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. This acceptance is legally valid and binding.

Lkwin reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the lkwin platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the registration date.
• Not residing in a country or region where online betting is prohibited.
• Not an employee or immediate family member of a lkwin employee.
• Never having been banned or having set self-imposed play limits through a self-exclusion program.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account at lkwin. Multiple account registrations by the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances confiscated.

9. Account Suspension & Closure
